Born and raised in Montreal, rooted on the shore of St-Laurent River, Fléo develop a balanced duality between city and nature. With a strong history of graffiti within the Hip-Hop collective K6A, his production is inspired by the scenery he come’s across and the human intervention in it, blending street art techniques and landscape painting like a modern postal card of the places he’s seen. His approach is to paint vivid murals of landscapes inspired by Tom Thomson techniques that brings the artist touch to the foreground to tell history in a contemporary way, like a Folk that talk to many generations.
