These playful and fun illustrations invite viewers to engage their imagination and look at the familiar from a fresh point of view. Artist Mary Haasdyk created a series of colourful drawings that incorporate elements of things found here and become an interesting whole made up of unexpected parts. By purposely mixing portions of the drawings with each other, new and surprising images are formed exhibiting the complexity and richness of International Ave.
