These murals will celebrate Calgary area’s Indigenous culture. We propose to paint murals that will feature Blackfoot artwork and will be painted in collaboration with youth, a mix of Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth, to promote reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples. We propose to make reconciliation murals which will show Calgary’s diversity of native cultures.

We are committed to sharing our native culture in a positive way and showing that Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples can work together to create beautiful pieces of art.
